Accommodations and amenities

This is a wonderful, comfortable yet luxurious family home with beautiful bedrooms and flexible dining and entertaining options. Children are well catered for as there is both a pool and a children’s play area in the large gardens. The three story house consists of:

• Eight bedrooms and seven ensuite bathrooms.
• A main kitchen/dining area
• Second kitchen and large lounge area for either family groups or staff
• Dining room off the main kitchen
• Outside covered terrace, off the main kitchen - a perfect shaded area to relax
• Stone bergerie with working fireplace
• TV room
• Large outside dining facility for up to twenty people
• Gym (a unique conversion, built into an old water basin set in the garden with stunning views of the alps)
• A children’s play area with climbing frames and swings
• Swimming pool with pool house, barbeque and dining facilities.

Group Size:
For a Single Family the full use of all 8 Bedrooms & 7 Baths is practical.  For mixed families or couples and friends the following information should be considered.

Second Floor

• The bedroom that has no bathroom only has real access to a bathroom or toilet through the adjacent Master Bedroom. Therefore it is only suitable for children of the user of this master bedroom.  This means the property is only suitable for 7 couples.

Third Floor

• The Study on the second floor can be used for a single child associated with the adjacent Master Bedroom.

Bookings

A deposit of 50% is required as the confirmation of booking. The balance of payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of 3000 euro will be required for breakages, phone bills and outstanding accounts. Chef services can be arranged with our Chef Service Agent – either directly by the client or arranged by ourselves. A deposit will be required depending on the contract of the service supplier.

Housekeeping

Included in our package is one housekeeper 6 hours per day, 5 days a week only.

This includes one set of sheet and towel changes per week.  Their job is to keep the house tidy and clean, it does not include washing up or any service.  Service can be arranged.  If you require more changes in bedding and towels, this can be arranged at an extra cost of 20 Euros per hour.

Note:  For over 8 guests we recommend extra housekeeping services.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available at an extra cost, Spring/Summer 200 Euros per week, Autumn/Winter 300 Euros per week. This price is subject to the client putting the cover on overnight. If they fail to do this the pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and the cost will be higher.

Chef Services

We can put you in touch with an agency who can arrange Chef Services, as well as a Hostess and Butler Service.  Meals on specific nights can be arranged as well as parties through the same agency.  We prefer you work with the agency direct so there is no confusion.

Meet and Greet – Car Hire

• Meet and greet can be arranged
• A car is necessary as the supermarket and any shops are a 20 minute walk.  The best way to hire a car is at the airport.
• It is possible to arrange a Chauffeur hire company to meet you at the airport and, help you with your luggage and take you to the Car Hire depot.  You can them follow them to Mas Del Souleou.  Car hire is difficult to organize locally as they are only open during normal business hours.
